Staying at "Villa Zira"

The house was built in 1799 in Bjerring and was relocated in 1860 at Skovvejen 3 in Bjerringbro.

The house had a smithy which was connected to the mill in Bjerringbro. The blacksmith also lived in the house.

The house is a nice and cosy half-timbered house with low ceilings and sloping walls on the first floor. See the house

We, Astrid Holmriis and Niels Jacobsen, bought the house at 1 May 2015. It is now totally restructured and ready for rental. We have gained 8 years of experience through our bed & breakfast place at Søgaarden in Lee and we know what our guests appreciate. Having bought Villa Zira, we are now also able to render service to guests in the middle of Bjerringbro and close to Gudenå. We named the house Vila Zira as one of its former residents was called Zira Villadsen.

The house is now a light and friendly accommodation with internet in the rooms and television in the dining room. Our guests have access to a small dining room with a fridge, a cooker and a microwave.  There are dinner sets and crockery for 8 persons.  It is a non-smoker house and no pets are allowed in the house.

The house is located 400 m from Gudenå, 450 m from Bjerringbro railstation and about 100 m from shopping facilities. There are six supermarkets in Bjerringbro.
