Charming thatched-roof house with an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, bathroom/toilet, and two smaller rooms on the first floor. The accompanying annex "Brinken" is 15 m2 in size.

Facilities

The property is on 2 hectares with a small forest area, its own stream, and only 15 meters from the Gudenå River, with 100 meters of private fishing rights that are free for house guests.

Small kitchen with service for 4 people. Stove, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, regular coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster. Dish towels, dishcloths, and a washing machine, basin for footbaths, hairdryer. Large outdoor gas grill, garden furniture.

Binoculars and nature books, various games.

Small TV with Chrome Cast. Internet and electricity are available at the parking area in the AaHuset.

The house has a gas furnace. The Brinken (presumably a part of the house) is electrically heated.

Price

Accommodation in AaHuset for 1-4 people.

2 personer 2.050 DKK per person per night.
4 personer 2.450 DKK per person per night.

Check-in from 2:00 PM.
Check-out at 11:00 AM.

The price includes bed linen, towels, and final cleaning.

We offer a 10% discount on the accomodation for reservations of two or more consecutive nights

Gas and electricity are billed based on consumption at the daily rate.

Renting a baby cot for 1-2 years costs 150 DKK per day.
Renting bicycles costs 150 DKK per day.

Breakfast in the refrigerator costs 250 DKK for 2 people.
Tapas in the refrigerator costs 400 DKK for 2 people.

Renting a kayak for 2 hours costs 200 DKK.
Renting a paddleboard for 2 hours costs 200 DKK.

Selling a day pass for fishing in the Gudenå River (20 km) costs 200 DKK.
Renting a fishing rod costs 50 DKK.

In AaHuset, you will find white and red wine, whisky, gin, rum,
which will be billed based on consumption.

Payment is made in cash upon reservation.
For cancellations up to 4 weeks before arrival, 50% of the amount will be refunded.

In our house "Villa Zira" on Skovvejen 3, 1.2 km from AaHuset, we have three rooms for overnight guests.
In "Herligheden" on Storegade 24, we have 4 rooms, a Whisky Shop, and an Art & Textile Carpentry.
